AI Enablement & Automation Manager

Role Overview

• You turn initiatives into operational systems and routines that save time and ensure the quality of our training programs.
• You design AI applications for our day‑to‑day product and approval workflows and build them yourself.
• You work closely and directly with the department leadership on site in Lippstadt.
• You empower the team and keep initiatives moving.
• You document thoroughly so knowledge stays within the team and does not depend on individual people.

Requirements

• More important than the number of years is curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and a clear understanding of what AI can do today and where its limits lie.
• You bring our existing AI initiatives into stable, ongoing operation and continue to develop them.
• You design automations and AI assistants and build them yourself, primarily using AI and low‑code tools.
• Confident prompt engineering skills and a strong sense for how to make AI outputs reliable and verifiable.
• You develop solutions and implement automations yourself, predominantly with AI and low‑code tools.
• You explain complex topics simply and bring skeptical colleagues on board.
