Role Overview
- Provides leadership for multi-year projects
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
- Manages crew and project activities
- Oversees all project-level communication and change management activities
- Builds and maintains relationships across sub-divisions and partners
- Assists team with the identification, evaluation, and resolution of potential obstacles
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Two years of managing a project preferred
- Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
- Previous people-leadership experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred.
