Provide comprehensive support to our HR department and agency partners
Ensure efficient, timely and compliant payroll service deliverables
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and newly acquired Agency Partners
Drive the creation of new ways of working while understanding best practices and risk mitigation
Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involving Agency Partners, HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, the Mergers & Acquisition team and members of the Finance and Accounting Departments
Report payroll and tax issues and recommend system or process changes
Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and alternatives based on Agency Partner needs
Assist with training or knowledge transfer activities as needed
Practice proper maintenance of payroll records and aid in the creation of W-2 forms
Remain informed of multi-state tax requirements including tax adjustments and balancing issues
Provide concierge service in daily communication between Payroll Operations, Finance, HR Business Partners, Agency Partners, other vendor and employees
Manage workload including new agency payroll implementations
Administer payroll tasks and activities specific to each Agency Partner
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, processing and/or consulting on payrolls, required
Multi-state payroll experience, preferred
FPC or CPP Certification, preferred
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Workday and/or ADP experience a plus
