Provide pre
and post-sales customer support across e-commerce channels and marketplaces;
Track orders, deliveries, and other incidents related to the customer purchase journey;
Respond to inquiries about products, technical specifications, orders, invoices, and support processes;
Monitor and handle requests received through marketplace platforms and customer service tools;
Liaise with internal teams such as Logistics, Technology, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and requests;
Support monitoring of operational KPIs and the preparation of departmental reports;
Identify opportunities to improve service and operational processes, contributing to an enhanced customer experience;
Perform administrative tasks related to e-commerce and marketplace operations.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
Experience in customer service;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Experience with digital customer service, post-sales support, or customer experience (advantageous);
Familiarity with customer service platforms and operational management tools (advantageous).
