Lead the global Fee Operations function and set its strategic direction in line with the firm’s priorities and long-term growth ambitions
Serve as the subject matter expert on fee operations and regularly interact with senior management
Partner with lawyers and structuring professionals on fee-related onboarding matters, including translation of negotiated terms into clear Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) language
Shape and evolve the operating model of the Fee Operations function, identifying opportunities to enhance its value, scalability, and business impact
Lead, coach, and develop team members and build a strong talent pipeline
Collaborate across Business Units and Business Departments to solve complex topics and strengthen the visibility and impact of Fee Operations
Champion innovation, including the use of AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency, enhance accuracy, and create capacity for higher-value work
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in fee operations, fund operations, or a related area
Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
Deep understanding of fund operations
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
Strategic, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach
Comfortable with AI and innovation, with the ability to identify and apply AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
