Lead the agency's performance operation, overseeing the team, clients, KPIs, and deliverables.
Manage and develop professionals across traffic (paid media), design, copywriting, social media, and account/client services.
Establish and monitor management rituals, meetings, one-on-ones, feedback sessions, and action plans.
Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion, and profitability.
Review paid media strategies and provide technical guidance to the team on performance decisions.
Organize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve operational productivity.
Participate in strategic client meetings, especially during critical situations or misalignments.
Reduce the founder's dependence on day-to-day operational decisions.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance, or growth.
Experience in a marketing agency or an environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience leading marketing, performance, or operations teams.
Technical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, pixels, tracking, and conversions.
Experience with KPI-driven management, targets, processes, SLAs, and dashboards.
Ability to give feedback, hold teams accountable for results, develop people, and make autonomous decisions.
