Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend;
Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients;
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events;
Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success;
Work closely with the sales team and GTM teams to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets;
Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program;
Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry;
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively;
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities;

Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
