Role Overview
Manage and execute procurement category strategies across Business Services and IT
Serve as a key procurement engagement partner to International Markets
Translate business needs into sourcing strategies
Support supplier relationship management
Help deliver cost, service, innovation, and sustainability outcomes
Partner with International Market stakeholders to understand demand
Ensure consistent execution of procurement strategies
Manage supplier relationships within assigned categories
Lead or support sourcing initiatives including RFPs, competitive bidding events, and contract negotiations
Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier data to generate insights that inform sourcing decisions
Support delivery of financial targets, service improvements, innovation opportunities, and responsible sourcing objectives
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and responsible supplier standards
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Business partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related discipline
Experience supporting or managing Business Services and/or IT services categories
Working knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, market, and supplier performance data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with procurement systems and digital tools
English required; additional languages preferred
