Role Overview
- Consults with clients to evaluate needs.
- Research resolutions for client issues and supports strategies for process improvement.
- Builds internal relationships to collaboratively resolve client issues.
- Facilitates the creation of solutions across internal teams to address client inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Five years experience in Client Services, Relationship Management and/or Vanguard Workplace Solutions preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) is required.
- Experience with the Vanguard recordkeeping offer and process required.
- Client travel is required.
