As HR Manager (all genders) for our production site in Elmshorn, you support the Senior HR Business Partner in implementing personnel-related measures.
Your focus is on the structured preparation, implementation, documentation, and follow-up of HR measures, processes, and employment law–related matters.
You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and People Operations.
In this role you share responsibility for our production site in Elmshorn; regular on-site presence is therefore required.
Requirements
Solid experience in human resources, ideally in an operational, manufacturing, or transformation-oriented environment.
Good knowledge of individual employment law and HR processes.
Experience implementing and documenting employment law–related or personnel measures.
A structured, meticulous, and independent working style.
Strong organizational and implementation skills.
High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Confident use of HR systems and MS Office.
Strong communication skills in collaboration within the HR organization.
Enjoy building, structuring, and sustainably implementing processes.
Business-fluent German and fluent English.
