Support the execution of our business strategy within our Sales and Delivery organisations by planning and delivering an effective people agenda.
Operate as a trusted partner to management teams, enabling organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee engagement to enable business growth.
Ensure local compliance with relevant employment legislations, securing monthly payroll and related activities in selected countries.
Contribute to and lead selected global HR projects.
Requirements
5–7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international or matrix organisation (maritime industry experience is a plus).
Experience in coaching managers & leaders and contributing to the business strategy through strategic people planning and execution.
Experience of developing people practices and initiatives that drive business growth
Experience of leading change initiatives and managing change
Recognised coaching certification (e.g. ICF, EMCC or equivalent) with hands‑on experience coaching managers and leaders.
Previous experience in local employment relations and collective bargaining and payroll.
Strong experience in strategic people planning, organisational development and delivering people initiatives that support business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing change.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labour law and employment relations.
Understanding cultural sensitivities and differences.
Strong communication and presentation skills and solid facilitation skills.
People-oriented approach with a strong drive for results and willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
