Execute end-to-end sourcing for corrugated boxes, packaging consumables, and all transit and storage packaging across multi-site, multi-region networks using disciplined Request for Proposal (RFx) processes.
Quantify comprehensive total cost and cash impacts—including freight, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and stocking strategies—to protect corporate Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA).
Structure and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) featuring clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pricing indexation, and long-term performance remedies.
Govern supplier performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), driving corrective actions and qualifying alternative sources to eliminate single-source risks.
Partner with Sustainability teams to embed recycled/recyclable content, right-sizing, and end-of-life programs directly into global packaging specifications.
Requirements
Extensive experience in global procurement within a Fortune 500-level operations background.
Strong knowledge of industrial packaging specifications, global catalog deployment, guided buying systems, and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) or consignment stocking strategies.
Proven ability in advanced financial modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, and complex multi-regional commercial contract structuring.
Full professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus for coordinating with global suppliers and regional stakeholders.
