Role Overview
- Work closely with POS Onboarding Consultants for customer menu configurations
- Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase
- Create onboarding training plans for restaurant staff
- Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously
- Document and observe best practices during onboarding
Requirements
- Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English required, both written and verbal
- 3 + years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations
- Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
