Support development and maintenance of capital planning documentation and business cases
Assist with portfolio analysis, spend plan development, and budget execution tracking
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and investment analyses
Support governance boards and investment review activities
Monitor project performance metrics and assist with portfolio reporting
Conduct research and analysis supporting strategic investment decisions
Maintain documentation repositories and support process improvements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal capital planning, budgeting, or portfolio management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and reporting tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Federal civilian agency experience preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
Certified Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) Preferred
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Preferred
Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies Preferred
