They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and designing scalable solutions to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, turning them into actionable user stories
- Partner with Salesforce product managers, admins, and developers to design scalable solutions
- Identify process improvements and recommend automation opportunities
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Present findings and project updates clearly to stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and user training to ensure successful adoption
- Validate solutions against performance and functionality requirements
- Develop training materials and conduct user sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field of study
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, automation tools, reports, and dashboards
- Demonstrated success working with various, cross-functional groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to create process diagrams and wireframes
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
