Act as a critical bridge between Investment, Operations, Risk, and data/engineering teams
Translate complex front‑to‑back asset management processes into clear, actionable requirements
Enable scalable, compliant, and data‑driven technology solutions across the investment lifecycle
Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops and interviews with investment and operations stakeholders
Produce high‑quality artefacts including process maps and user stories
Analyse end‑to‑end front‑to‑back asset management workflows to identify inefficiencies
Work closely with Product Owners to shape and prioritise backlogs
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Investments, Operations, Risk, and Compliance

5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within asset management, capital markets, or financial services
Demonstrable experience working within agile, cross‑functional delivery teams
Strong understanding of asset management concepts including portfolios, instruments, valuations, performance, and investment operations
Experience working with portfolio management systems, OMS/EMS, market data providers, and reporting tools
Practical experience using AI or data‑driven tooling to improve analysis and solution outcomes
Solid technical literacy including APIs, data integration patterns, data pipelines, and security concepts
