3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
Proven track record in building partnerships or new sales channels, as well as in direct sales
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders
Structure complex problems, derive clear hypotheses, and pragmatically translate them into measurable results
Work data-driven: define relevant KPIs and actively use them to steer and optimize initiatives
Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), both written and spoken
Experience in the healthcare or care market is a plus
