Management of European research projects in the field of biomedical imaging
Supporting the monitoring and analysis of European research funding programmes and calls of potential interest to EIBIR, and preparing this information for the EIBIR network
Assisting the EIBIR network in defining new projects and applying for European funding schemes (e.g., under Horizon Europe)
Managing communication and dissemination activities for EU-funded projects in accordance with project lead requirements and funding guidelines
Contributing to the EIBIR team's efforts to encourage European research institutions to join EIBIR as network members
Editorial and dissemination work for EIBIR's ongoing research projects
Coordinating and organizing EIBIR's conference appearances
Supporting the administration of EIBIR's committees and joint initiatives
Requirements
Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level)
Practical experience in (research) project management
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of European health research is an advantage
University degree in biosciences, health management, political science, or a related field is an advantage
Experience in digital communication and/or science communication is beneficial
Ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to work well in a team
Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings
