Senior Manager, Food and Beverage

Role Overview

• Oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
• Collaborate with other Food and Beverage managers to ensure all dining venues operate at peak efficiency
• Lead, train, and supervise associates
• Drive service excellence by monitoring food quality, service delivery, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and revenue performance
• Partner with culinary, events, and hotel operations teams to support group business
• Analyze business trends, forecast operational needs, and implement strategies that maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive guest interactions
• Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
• Significant versatility and strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability to manage scheduling and payroll
