Lead HIV clinical development strategy and execution across treatment and cure programs
Oversee study design, execution, data interpretation, and benefit-risk assessment
Provide scientific and regulatory leadership for key development deliverables and interactions
Collaborate across key functions and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent, with significant biopharmaceutical drug development experience
Typically requires 8+ years of experience with an MD or equivalent, or 14+ years with an advanced scientific degree
Extensive experience leading HIV or related biopharma clinical development programs
Experience with study planning, protocol design, regulatory filings, and major scientific communications
People management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
Experience influencing executive stakeholders is strongly preferred
