About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate marketing projects and follow up on deliverables.
- Manage requests from Business Development and regional teams.
- Track timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with Design, Content, CRM, Development, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and status updates.
- Assist with campaign launches, webinars, promotions, and regional initiatives.
- Support reporting and administrative marketing activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
