Provide essential coordination and operational support across key marketing functions of the Author & Researcher Marketing team
Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting Calls for Papers and author-facing programs across email and digital channels
Support the build, testing and deployment of emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Create campaign briefs, copy, and asset specifications for email, web, and digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting
Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral, assets and campaign documentation
Maintain marketing databases and programme tracking systems
Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Provide coordination support for marketing meetings, presentations and communications

Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously
