Partner with marketing team members, internal creative studio, channel owners, and internal stakeholders to execute assigned programs
Responsible for coordination and facilitation of task execution utilizing marketing technologies and project management tools
Aids in coordinating, planning, and implementation around assigned events and sponsorship projects
Maintains relationships with external partners/associations
Negotiates sponsorship benefits and coordinates the activation and renewal of sponsorship programs
Creates and edits content for marketing campaigns
Supports the implementation of multi-channel campaigns
Tracks success of marketing campaigns and makes recommendations for improvement
Facilitates distribution of digital communications and marketing lists in CRM and Marketo
Supports data analysis and reporting around campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives
Traffics workflows for marketing collateral and communications
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or related subject area
Requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing, inclusive of internships and/or volunteer positions while earning degree
Excellent attention to detail
A team player and collaborator
Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Teams, ON24 platforms, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation software a plus
Limited travel is required with this position
