Role Overview
- Identify and engage with landowners of targeted lands
- Visit identified sites to assess their potential
- Analyze opportunities for land acquisition and project feasibility
- Use specialized software to estimate technical parameters of PV plants
- Prepare technical and financial offers for land acquisition projects
- Draft and negotiate land rights contracts with landowners
- Monitor regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance
- Collaborate proactively to update GIS systems in line with regulatory changes
- Maintain CRM systems with scheduled updates and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in land acquisition, ideally in the renewable energy sector
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in software tools for PV plant estimation
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to land rights and energy projects
- Team-oriented and proactive approach to collaboration
- Ideally, experience with GIS systems and CRM tools
