Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.

Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.

In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Submit report orally or in writing regarding findings.
Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics planning, and management.
Develop/review acquisition documents, maintain tracking databases, and prepare program reports.
Support Explosive Hazards Defeat Team initiatives.
Establish and sustain relationships with internal and external partners.
Evaluate emerging requirements, fleet concerns, safety issues; and perform market and maintenance analysis.
Organize official files and contribute to updates.
Requirements
This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance;
Mid level knowledge of acquisition logistics and associated Product Support Elements;
Shall have notable experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and priority management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team on multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic environment.
Experience conducting research and data/trend analysis on weapon systems to support readiness and cost optimization;
Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint);
Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment; Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor is preferred with Seven (7) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes. Experience shall include at least four (4) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
