Execute and develop communication and branding initiatives, ensuring correct application and brand governance in Brazil in alignment with global guidelines;
Create, develop and guide creative concepts, campaigns and communication materials, and validate agency and partner deliverables to ensure quality, consistency and strategic alignment;
Contribute to strengthening and positioning the brand in the Brazilian market through integrated communication actions aligned with business objectives;
Interface with and manage internal (marketing, communications, business, HR) and external (agencies and suppliers) stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency in deliveries;
Lead mid-complexity communication and branding projects with autonomy, ensuring timelines, quality and cross-functional integration;
Influence decisions related to visual communication and branding, providing recommendations based on technical knowledge and best practices;
Monitor market trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous brand evolution while maintaining alignment with the global context.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration or a related field;
Proven professional experience in the sector;
Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity and strategic design;
Experience developing and validating multichannel creative assets (online and offline);
Experience managing agencies and communication vendors;
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Loveble and others);
Ability to translate business strategy into communication solutions;
Knowledge of market trends in communication, marketing and design.
