About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform.
Configure, administer, and enhance the ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM modules.
Support and optimize processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management.
Ensure the quality, governance, and integrity of CMDB data.
Gather and analyze requirements with business areas.
Translate functional needs into solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
Provide support to global users and stakeholders.
Requirements
Hands-on experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of the following modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
Experience in corporate environments with structured IT processes.
Background in supporting and evolving enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of IT governance best practices and service management.
Ability to gather requirements and interact with business areas.
