About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of incident response capabilities in managed services
Work closely with technical specialists and stakeholders for effective incident handling
Lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities
Contribute in process development within incident response and vulnerability management
Collaborate cross-functionally with SOC, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
10–15 years of experience within the IT sector
Around 5 years of experience within cybersecurity or hands-on work with ITIL processes
Strong experience in process-based leadership, ideally within incident response, ITIL, or project-driven environments
Ability to balance internal and external stakeholders, translating technical situations into clear communication
Understanding of regulatory requirements within security and IT environments
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English
