About this role
Role Overview
Drive new revenue by systematically prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities across European territory
Collaborate with Sales Engineering during pre-sales process
Retain customer accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Own the full sales cycle and achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
Maintain 90-day sales pipeline in Salesforce
Collaborate with account team and Customer Success for high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales experience in a B2B environment
Professional working fluency in English, Swedish, and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal)
Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
Strong relationship-building skills and demonstration of leadership potential
Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
