About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of strategic national accounts, focusing on long-term development.
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, margin, and customer loyalty.
Build strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.
Identify customer needs and deliver solution-based sales approach.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful implementation across customer sites.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand RS’s position within key customers.
Requirements
Proven experience managing large or strategic accounts in a B2B environment
Strong background in solution selling, understanding customer challenges and offering tailored solutions
Experience in a field-based role with regular travel and face-to-face customer engagement
Ability to create and execute strategic account development plans
Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations and complex sales cycles
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior decision-makers
Structured, proactive, and results-driven approach
Fluent in Swedish and confident in English
