Serve as a key operational contact for retail partners, supporting the sales team to ensure all client needs are met
Facilitate the execution of distribution and investment agreements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for partners
Provide daily assistance for the ETF business, including basic coordination with Participating Dealers and Liquidity Providers
Work closely with both local and regional/global teams to resolve client inquiries and ensure operations run smoothly across borders
Maintain strong ties with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities
Provide regular updates to the Client Engagement leadership team on account status and partnership health

2+ years of experience in client service or sales support within a financial institution, with a focus on retail distribution channels
Solid understanding of the retail fund landscape and familiarity with investment products, including ETFs
Proven ability to support client relationship management and provide service-oriented solutions to enhance partner satisfaction
A proactive team player with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
A keen interest in capital markets and industry trends to provide relevant support to the business development team
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effective coordination with local partners and regional/global internal teams
