Generate customer interest and identify new business opportunities
Conduct customer, market and database research in targeted sectors
Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and responses to customer requests
Support Field Sales by qualifying prospects and assisting with customer visits
Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive retention and growth
Develop a strong understanding of our products, services and value propositions
Support RFQs, MBRs, QBRs and sales reporting activities
Act as a point of contact for escalating customer needs, working cross‑functionally to resolve issues
Ensure processes and SOPs are followed in line with legal and regulatory requirements
Support the wider Air & Ocean Sales team with additional projects

Experience in sales support or internal sales role
Excellent communication skills able to build strong relationships
Confident in engaging customers via phone, email and virtual channels
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team player able to work with remote teams
IT Literate, able to use MS package
Experience of working within a freight forwarding or logistics business would be desirable
