Sales Development Representative – DACH, B2G SaaS

Role Overview

• Identifying the right contacts within cities and municipalities
• Sparking interest in our solutions
• Building a qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team
• Outbound prospecting by identifying new leads
• Developing and running outbound campaigns to generate leads
• Qualifying prospects and conducting discovery during cold calls and initial meetings
• Managing the pipeline and maintaining all activities in the CRM
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product

Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, ideally as a BDR, SDR, or AE
• First exposure to B2B customers in a SaaS environment is an advantage
• Experience in the public sector is a strong plus
• Positive presence and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and active listening
• Goal-oriented and proactive
• Passion for SaaS and software solutions
• German at C2+ level and English at B2+ level
