Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies, acting as a trusted consultant.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers in companies across various sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams in technology, delivery, and other areas to design value propositions that align INNOCV’s technical capabilities with market needs.
From initial prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation and follow-up, as well as negotiation.
Expand the network of contacts in the sector by participating in events, conferences, and technological forums.
Work cross-functionally with technology teams, engagement managers, marketing, and operations to ensure that the solutions offered align with the company’s capabilities.
Requirements
At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, platforms, transformation processes, etc.
A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at the executive level.
Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.
University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
An MBA, postgraduate degree, and/or studies in business management will be viewed favorably.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
