Role Overview
- Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ cold calls per day.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across diverse sectors including Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Housing.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of IT infrastructure services, including Firewalls, SASE, and Managed Networks.
- Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
- Manage and track all lead activity within the CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to outreach volume and meeting conversion.
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume outreach role.
- Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work strictly within the GMT timezone (9-5 PM).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence and professional persistence.
- A self-starter mindset with the discipline to work independently in a remote capacity.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience selling SaaS or technical IT infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
