Role Overview
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales team
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top sales talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- 7–10 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics sales experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the Canadian medical aesthetics market
- Experience launching new products and driving adoption within aesthetic clinics and specialist physician practices is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
