Draft, review and negotiate sponsorship, partnership, promotional campaign, events and activation contracts, balancing business enablement, compliance and risk mitigation.
Provide end-to-end legal support to the Marketing team, assisting with campaigns, regulations/terms, materials and engagements with agencies, influencers, production companies and partners.
Lead the drafting and negotiation of technology and vendor contracts, including software licenses (SaaS/on‑premises), implementation, support, SLAs, cloud services and service agreements.
Support Procurement in contracting workflows, promoting the use of standard templates, exception-based handling and continuous improvement of contracting processes.
Assess and address LGPD-related issues in contracts (DPAs, data processors/sub-processors, data sharing, information security and liabilities).
Work with an analytical mindset, tracking legal operations metrics (contract volume, cycle times, bottlenecks, rework) and proposing improvements.
Actively contribute to automation and standardization of contract workflows (templates, playbooks, checklists, tools and workflows), seeking efficiency gains and scalability.
Manage multiple simultaneous requests with organization, prioritization and a collaborative attitude toward internal teams (Marketing, Procurement, Product, Compliance and Technology).
Curate and deploy AI solutions in the legal function, focusing on increased efficiency, standardization and scale of contract workflows.
Requirements
Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
Solid experience in contracts and negotiation in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience with Marketing contracts (sponsorships, events, partnerships, campaigns, influencers) and with vendor and technology contracts.
Practical knowledge of LGPD as applied to contracts.
Hands-on profile, organized, strong writing skills, business-oriented and able to propose simple, scalable legal solutions.
Interest in and familiarity with working with metrics, standardization and automation of legal processes.
