Role Overview
- Work on special situations and capital solutions
- Debt restructuring and insolvency
- Financing
- M&A
- Purchase and sale of loan portfolios and judicial claims (legal claims)
- Investment funds, primarily FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds)
Requirements
- Completed law degree and active OAB registration
- Fluency in English
- Relevant prior experience in corporate practice with a transactional focus (M&A or finance transactions)
- Prior experience with special situations and/or restructuring and insolvency and/or investment funds is a plus
