- Work on special situations and capital solutions transactions
- Debt restructuring and insolvency

- M&A
- Purchase and sale of credit portfolios and judicial claims (legal claims)
- Investment funds, primarily FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds)
Requirements
- Law degree (completed) and active OAB registration
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience and practice in M&A
- Experience with restructuring and/or investment funds (FIDCs) is a plus
