Role Overview

• Draft, negotiate, and review complex and corporate contracts;
• Provide consultative legal advice to business areas, focusing on the identification, analysis, and mitigation of legal and regulatory risks;
• Provide legal support for strategic projects, partnerships, and new business initiatives;
• Structure and negotiate critical clauses and non-standard contracts;
• Interact with internal and external clients, conducting negotiations aligned with contractual best practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
• Experience in contract structuring;
• Proficiency in English.
