Provide consultative support to the commercial, expansion, operations, technology, procurement, marketing, HR and finance teams;
Lead strategic contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, partners, franchisees and landlords;
Draft and structure instruments related to service agreements, supply, technology, franchising, business intermediation, confidentiality, leasing and real estate operations;
Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, financial and reputational risks;
Develop workflows, playbooks, templates and contract governance policies;
Support strategic projects, ad hoc M&A, corporate reorganizations and operational expansion;
Conduct contract due diligence and support audits;
Coordinate the work of external law firms on advisory or litigation matters related to contracts;
Requirements
Solid experience in corporate contracts;
Strategic mindset and business orientation;
Experience negotiating contracts with internal teams and third parties;
Strong knowledge of civil law, corporate law, consumer law and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Experience with contract management systems;
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities;
