About this role
Role Overview
Identify and target new client opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand business needs and position our staffing services accordingly
Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company targets
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of candidates
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business
Track sales pipeline using CRM and report on progress against sales KPIs
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
Stay informed on labor market trends, competitors, and legislative updates affecting the staffing sector in Italy
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry
Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and staffing models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken)
Strong organisational and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience selling to mid-size and large companies in manufacturing, logistics, or IT
Familiarity with Staffing, RPO, and international staffing solutions
Existing portfolio of client contacts or industry network is a strong plus
