Requirements
Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g. sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) plant mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating systems, refrigeration or HVAC technology
Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Category 1); Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driver's license class B
Good spoken and written German
