Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
Provide service-oriented advice to our customers and heating contractors, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
Support colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your service area
Assume on-call duties to provide prompt assistance to customers
Requirements
Completed industry-specific vocational training (e.g., sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) installer/plant mechanic, mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building services, or electrical installer); ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation systems
Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driving license (Class B)
Good German language skills, spoken and written
