Support secure launch, development, and commercial introduction of new aerospace products.
Diagnose and resolve product quality and application issues through on-site observation, data analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting across multiple product systems.
Assemble, operate, maintain, and manage aerospace application equipment and related inventory.
Develop, document, and communicate corrective actions, procedures, and technical findings to internal teams and customers.
Deliver comprehensive, independent customer training (in-house and on-site) across Commercial, General Aviation, and Military product segments; contribute to Aerospace Academy course development and instruction.
Collaborate with customers on new engineering specifications and provide advanced technical support to internal service teams.
Maintain accurate project, customer, and travel records within the PPG Aerospace CRM system.
Requirements
Three or more years’ experience in coatings application is preferred.
Previous aerospace or large-scale experience is a bonus.
Experience with or willingness to learn and apply six-sigma methods and experimental design.
Must be able to speak, read, write & interpret technical information in English.
Valid Driver's License is required.
Available to travel 50 to 75% annually
domestic and international.
