Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience
A strong track record of quota attainment and overperformance
Experience selling complex software to financial, operational, or executive buyers
Comfort navigating CFOs, Controllers, Owners, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
The ability to create pipeline, not just work assigned leads
Strong discovery, follow-up, forecasting, and deal management habits
High accountability and a strong internal drive
Competitive instincts and a collaborative, professional approach
Construction ERP experience is strongly preferred, but we are also open to strong enterprise software sellers who can learn the construction market quickly
