Role Overview
- Driving sales growth across your territory through both new and existing customer relationships
- Identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
- Building strong partnerships with customers and key stakeholders across the construction sector
- Promoting Holcim's innovative asphalt and surfacing solutions
- Managing and growing market share within your region
- Delivering against volume, revenue and margin targets
- Monitoring market activity and analysing wins, losses and emerging opportunities
- Producing commercial reports and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Acting as a trusted ambassador for the Holcim brand
Requirements
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- The confidence to identify opportunities and influence key decision-makers
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a national territory
