Reframe the client’s thinking and build consensus for Microchip’s solutions
Utilize Microchip’s Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at select target clients
Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry
Drive the company business relationship with the assigned clients
Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus
Contribute and participate within a global team environment
Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
5+ years of semiconductor sales experience
Proficient in essential competencies including problem-solving, program management
Management of major accounts with an adept knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior Salesforce experience is preferred
Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense market is preferred
Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3)
