Direct support for clients of the BU Pharma.
Maintenance and configuration of requests for the Trade product.
Conducting training sessions, presentations, analytical reports, and spreadsheets.
Handling client requests and activities.
Use of systems contracted by clients.
Proactive interaction with internal teams and clients to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields, or ongoing/completed academic studies, preferably in related areas.
Experience or familiarity with customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate clearly.
