Ensure excellent retail execution, including POS installations and merchandising standards.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices.

Requirements
3–5 years in Travel Retail
Experience in Caribbean & Latin America markets
Background in Luxury, Beauty, or Liquor industries preferred
Regional network/contacts in the Caribbean is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially advanced Excel analytics
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Solid understanding of sales & marketing strategies, ideally in luxury retail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Willing to travel up to 50% and work extended hours
